YCIF and FASKEN present "Women Lead" Series with Debra Dobson, Partner at Peloton Capital Management.

Young Canadians in Finance, in partnership with FASKEN, are proud to invite you to our Breakfast Series featuring women in finance: "Women Lead". We will have the pleasure of welcoming Debra Dobson, Partner at Peloton Capital Management.

Our goal is to spark open and candid discussions between pioneering women in finance and young leaders of tomorrow. "Women Lead" aims to promote the transfer of knowledge and experience from one generation to the next, as well as stimulate discussions on opportunities in finance while celebrating and featuring each speaker invited to these meetings.

We hope to see you there! *Note that this event is designed for all, not only those who identify as female.

Debra Dobson is a Partner at PCM and plays an active role in the value creation efforts at all of PCM's portfolio companies. She currently sits on the boards of 123Dentist, The Fertility Partners, Glass Lewis and Victoria Park Medispa. 

Deb started her career as a research and design engineer in the automotive industry with Daimler in Detroit, Michigan. 

Prior to joining PCM, Deb worked in numerous M&A, strategic planning and operational roles within Danaher Corporation & SCIEX (formerly part of MDS), most recently serving as Vice President of Business Development and Strategy for the Product Identification Platform. 

During her 17-year tenure at Danaher/SCIEX, Deb had significant impact through strategic planning, product and business unit launches and the execution of numerous complex acquisitions and divestitures. Deb's broad healthcare and life sciences expertise includes a nine-year tenure as board member (including a term as Chair) at Southlake Regional Health Center. 

Deb holds a B.Sc from Queen's University and an MBA from the Rotman School of Management at University of Toronto.

Deb lives in Toronto with her husband and daughter and enjoys skiing, hiking, tennis, and traveling.
